Verdict of the Mazan rape trial: Dominique Pelicot sentenced to 20 years in prison, all defendants found guilty

The criminal court of Vaucluse delivered its verdict on Thursday, December 19, in the Mazan rape case. Dominique Pelicot, the main defendant, was found guilty of all charges against him, including aggravated rape of his ex-wife, Gisèle Pelicot. He was sentenced to 20 years in prison, the maximum penalty under the law.
